Indigenous Career Navigators Program (ICNP)

The ICNP assists Indigenous employees, who are working in the federal public service, to navigate their careers. They offer career advice and recommendations. They also support Indigenous recruitment, retention and advancement in a culturally safe environment.

Learning Outcomes:

Encourage Indigenous peoples to come work in the public service
Showcase Indigenous recruitment, retention, and career advancement efforts
Promote supports for Indigenous employees for an inclusive workplace
