Student debt, doubts about degrees, and fears of unemployment are three components that I have identified as the challenges faced by the youth when considering their future career aspirations. Education builds knowledge and capacity, but poor career guidance makes career readiness unachievable. This presentation will discuss the importance of closing the gap between secondary education and the world of work.

Learning Outcomes:
  • To create career readiness awareness
  • To ignite intentions to build career guidance
  • To inspire actions for collaboration
